True caravans will meet for greetings, announcements, and pitch our properties, then tour together.

True caravans will meet for greetings, announcements, and pitch our properties, then tour together.

• In PARAGON, select the Listings icon from the main menu
•  In the Maintain menu, select Listings
• Input the Listing Number or Property Address and click Search to locate your listing
• Locate the property in the list and click Select an Action
• Click Add/Edit Tour Listing and a window will open
• Click the green plus sign to add a date
• Enter your tour date, either the first or third Thursday of the month
• Tour time is 9:30 AM – 12 PM
• Tour #G24 or #G25
• Verify that the date of the tour is correct
• Click Save
• Finally, send the Agent Preferred 1 Link in PDF form to Meghan Bernd
• Not a member? You can still pitch your property. Click the button below to pay and join our Caravan or join for unlimited caravans.

• RREA members have priority over non-members for the opportunity to have lunch.
• The home-serving lunch will be placed last on the caravan schedule.
• All lunches must be scheduled when entering and submitting the caravan registration form,
• If there is more than one lunch scheduled, the one determined to be the first by the time stamp will be selected. If more than one lunch is listed you will be notified one way or the other if you can have it. Please mention you are serving lunch in your remarks on the MLS Tour entry page.
• To host a lunch please confirm details with Meghan Bernd.
• To encourage respect and professionalism, agents should plan to visit all homes on the caravan.

• There is no minimum for homes on tour to have the caravan.
• Non-members, contact a Board Member to verify that the caravan is confirmed.
• Homes scheduled for both caravans must be in the 92065 zip code.
• Only “ACTIVE” homes listed in the MLS can be put on the caravan.
• Homes will not be added to the caravan schedule after the cut-off at 6 PM on the Tuesday preceding the Thursday caravans.
• The listing agent or a designated person from your office must be present to pitch the property at the caravan meeting or the home will be removed from the caravan.
• A home may be re-toured three months from the last viewing unless the listing agent changes.
